The Lodge is a preservation project, strategically located on the boarder of the National Park of Chapada dos Guimarães, at an average altitude of 750 meters. Accommodates in its 500 acres of private reserve, 2 seasonal waterfalls, several trails, a belvedere, and an observation tower.
With a small structure of only 8 apartments, it was all built with reused wood of logs already cut. Its roof is covered with tiles made from recycling tetrapack of milk cartons. Possess effluent treatment plant and a pioneer project of solar cooling and heating.
Its privilege location, added with the scenic beauty of the sandstone walls of the Chapada, makes it the ideal place to observe more than 250 species of birds of the Savanna, besides numerous species of animals, insects and various species of vegetation endemic of the region. The Pousada do Parque has an environmentall mission to promote responsible visitation to the National Park as well as help in the recovery of the number of individuals of the Maned wolf.

Chapada dos Guimarães a is a hiking and waterfalls destination, amidst well-preserved nature and scenic landscapes.
Day 1, Cuiabá - Chapada dos Guimarães; Panoramic view
Meeting in Cuiabá and transfer to Chapada dos Guimarães. Enjoy a panoramic view of the sandstone walls on the way to Chapada town. Lunch at the local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will walk on the Chapada historic centre and visit the Geodesic Mark of South America Belvedere, for a bird's eye view over the Pantanal plain.
Check in, dinner and overnight.
Day 2, Waterfalls Tour
Trek the National Park exploring well-preserved woodlands and tropical savannas. This trail holds various beaultiful sceneries, natural pools and crystal clear cascades, perfect for swimming. The walk ends with at the famous Bridal Veil Waterfall. (B)
Day 3, Stone City & Rio Claro Valley
Off road to visit the Stone City and Rooster Crest, for outstanding views of the National Park. The tour ends in the mid afternoon snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of Claro River. Time free for shopping and enjoying the local restaurants/bars. (B)
Day 4, Caves Tour / Sao Jeronimo Peak
On the fourth day in Chapada you can hike the Caves trail, or go for a longer trek up to the Sao Jeronimo Peak. (B)
Day 5, Final day.
Breakfast and transfer to Cuiabá. (B)

Our prices are fixed in the Brazilian Reais (R$/BLR), and the cost in other currencies will be adjusted according to prevailing exchange rates at the time of final invoicing.

All reservations shall be made in writing via our official email addresses info@northpantanal.com. The booking requests will be handled/replied within 24 hours. We will inform you in case we are unable to process your requests by the specified time frame.
BOOKING & PAYMENT
Once your itinerary is settled, an payment invoice will be sent to you, with the booking instructions. Reservations are made under 50% credit card down payment (non-refundable), and the balance of total amount should be paid by credit card 30 days prior to arrival, or cash (USD/BRL) at the beginning of the tour in Cuiabá.
